Usually offer 2V piston but can offer 4V one too.
GY6 have 2 kinds of stud spacing, 54 and 57mm.
We have good quality CERAMIC CYLINDER KIT.
Why our ceramic cylinder is so popular?
Ceramic cylinder is more expensive and lighter than casting one.
It’s electroplated a thin ceramic coat on the cylinder wall.
Make the cylinder durable and can stand high temperature and easy to dissipate heat.
And the longevity is longer than casting one and good for long period riding.
High compression piston problem!
High compression piston make engine start well but high temperature.

GY6 Big Valve Head is a great match for 180cc big bore GY6 engine. It's recommend to upgrade the GY6 cylinder head when doing a big bore cylinder kit upgrade. This Taida Big Valve Head will fit most GY6 with 57mm head bolt spacing. This version of the Taida GY6 Big Valve Head has also been given a port job on the intake and exhaust ports, which increases flow and adds power to an already powerful head!

燃燒室容積的計算

須設定壓縮比,才能求算出燃燒室容積,如何設黃金壓縮比呢? 以改大cc數,應以12~12.5,最好不要超過12.5, 這是大家所公 認有效果, 不會有大問題的壓縮比~ 以豪邁最大改裝cc 數是67mm汽缸配上820條曲軸,這樣是232cc 那如果設定壓縮比是12.2那燃燒室容積是多少呢? 設燃燒室容積為X,代入 232+X/X=12.2 232+X=12.2X 232=11.2X X=20.7=燃燒室容積 可以算出來,但太慢了, 如果改用Excel就快多了~只要點入google的連結再key入黃色框內數字,即可求算出燃燒室容積~ https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PDoMjsSVb0AXwWqJpJdF1VNpBexghmVCrfpE7v0Q5LA/edit?usp=sharing Taida Motor Part Co,.
